Problems Faced by Client – Why did they need our help?
Faced with a Tender Response for a large Social Housing Provider Framework, we were approached by this Client to support them in navigating the whole process starting with a PQQ Submission through a Portal, with numerous written responses and supporting documents.
The second stage is to complete an online ITT Response through the portal
Services Provided – Meeting their needs
Working alongside the Company General Manager we have created documentation from scratch, written policies, created Organisational Structure Charts, written Case Studies and put together responses to demonstrate capability, resources and experience.
Our work included populating the Portal with all Responses, Company Information and Submitting the Response for the Client to give them peace of mind it had been done correctly and compliantly.
Outcome of our Work – Improved Win Rate, Gained Accreditation etc
This Client has now successfully progressed to ITT and we are currently supporting them in putting together the Responses and Pricing documents for the Lots they have been shortlisted for, which are all the Lots they applied for.
