Client Description:
A small scaffolding company with a wealth of experience in scaffolding but no time or experience to complete extensive paperwork for a local University Framework.
Problems Faced by Client – Why did they need our help?
The client was looking to submit a bid for a University Framework, but had no previous experience of writing tenders. Being a small company, they also lacked the resource to put towards completing the tender and collating all the supporting documentation to ensure their bid was compliant and high scoring.
They contacted us after seeing our linkedin post, and confirmed they needed to work with a Company experienced in bid and tender writing so they could hand it over feeling confident we would do everything required to win a place on the Framework.
Services Provided – Meeting their needs
Due to the location of the client being in Wales, all communication was over the phone and on email – which doesn’t affect the quality of our work as we are used to working remotely. Timescales were tight for this bid so we had to quickly understand the business, the University, Framework requirements and plan out all the content required.
Our response was sent to the client to approve and check over for details we may have flagged as missing and the final complete documents were uploaded to the portal by us. So our Client didn’t need to worry about anything.
Outcome of our Work – Improved Win Rate, Gained Accreditation etc
