Client Description:
A large global company providing an online hotel booking system for corporate clients. The service is fully supported by Account Managers 24/7 including covering unexpected incidents and relationship management with hotels.
Problems Faced by Client – Why did they need our help?
The client contacted us as they were completing a tender to secure a valuable contract for a large high-profile client in the UK. This came in following a recent win within the public sector and therefore they had the confidence to proceed but limited time and resource to do so.
Services Provided – Meeting their needs
With a relatively short timeframe to complete the work, we quickly assessed the tender documents and built an information request to work through with the client. Speaking with Account Managers and Senior Management to gather the information required – allowed us to then work on a set of first draft responses to send to the client to review/add final input and sign off ready to submit.
The Client were so helpful in supporting us with the information we needed to put together a strong bid. It made for a smooth process and the feedback we received at the end of the process was very positive, with particular emphasis on how well we had grasped what they do and then translated that into the responses required for this bid.
Outcome of our Work – Improved Win Rate, Gained Accreditation etc
This Project was completed at the end of 2018 and we are awaiting a decision, but for us having left the Client with such a positive experience of what could have been a pressured and stressful time, trying to complete the work in-house – is exactly the experience we want every Client to have when outsourcing their tendering to us.
