      Client Description:

      Delivering across a wide range of global work streams our client is a market leader in logistics and supply chain services. Their network of logistics experts connected by communications platforms enables them to deliver their services with pace, consistency and compliance. They are able to provide partners with management information to support decision making and cost control on a global scale.

       

       

      Problems Faced by Client – Why did they need our help?

      Over the last 3 years we have supported this Client through our delivery Partners Sales Engine on a number of high profile projects. In 2018 this included Bid Training Workshops to their Senior Management Team as well as Bid Reviews and Writing Support.

       

      In early 2020 they highlighted a large strategic bid would soon be going live and they needed a Bid Review Partner to work alongside them and provide support in compiling extremely complex tender submission documents (as dictated by the end client) as well as support in reviewing content and checking for compliance.

       

      Sales Engine contacted us and asked that we support on this.

       

      Services Provided – Meeting their needs

      We spent 6 weeks working alongside the Clients own Bid Team and Senior Management in planning and compiling content across a number of Method Statements and Plans for the submission. Due to the nature of this Bid being Government Sensitive we were Security Cleared and worked from the Clients offices on secure IT systems and networks.

       

      Our professionalism and discretion with regards the nature of the work was essential and we built up great rapport with the client team in delivering what was an extremely complex bid.

       

      This included IT support in collating the final documents and helping with the upload right up to the final deadline.

       

       

      Outcome of our Work – Improved Win Rate, Gained Accreditation etc

      The client was successful in getting to the next stage of the process and is currently waiting an outcome on the final stage where they had to submit their Best and Final Offer.
