With a wealth of Electrical, Mechanical & Building Services experience, they provide a full encompassing package carrying out design, consultation & tendering services in house.
Problems Faced by Client – Why did they need our help?
The company was bought by new owners 4 years ago and the focus has been on learning the business and servicing the existing client base. With a new focus on winning lucrative new work and securing positions on local relevant Frameworks.
The Directors contacted us to find out how we might be able to help on a love framework in their local area for Electrical and Mechanical Engineering Contractors.
Some of the works under this Framework was already being delivered by our client so it was essential for them to capture this in their submission and retain a place.
Services Provided – Meeting their needs
The Framework Submission was in a heavily restrictive PDF document with no options for formatting, graphics or imagery – which meant we had over 10 pages of written content to put together and bring alive purely through words.
We set out an information request for the client to gather some useful information on their approach, previous experience and team to help us with the responses. We also organised a Bid Content call with the Directors and Contracts Manager to go through the responses.
Outcome of our Work – Improved Win Rate, Gained Accreditation etc
As well as writing up Case Studies and CVs which will prove useful assets for future bids to come we also helped outline their approach to work, how they deliver added value and what they would bring to this contract in terms of innovation and creativity. The decision for this Framework is still pending.
