Our Client is a specialist emergency drainage company based in Hertfordshire, delivering services nationwide. Established in 2008 the company has built a strong reputation on providing drainage solutions, rapid responses and improvement services to a diverse Client base. Their current Clients include Local Government Authorities, Housing Associations, Supermarkets and Hotel Chains, Airports and Building Maintenance Companies.
Problems Faced by Client – Why did they need our help?
Proposals had previously been put together quickly by the Administrator for the Company and some input from Engineers. The Proposals lacked depth and real alignment to Client requirements. There was also little time to set aside to review Tender Portals for opportunities to respond to.
Services Provided – Meeting their needs
We provided a review and rewrite service for a Proposal to send to an existing Client. Our work involved identifying requirements for a large Supermarket Chain as well as experience from delivery over the last 5 years and translating this information into a compelling and winning Tender.
Our work has supported the Company in its longer term growth plans through our Search Service providing good insight into market leads and opportunities.

As a result of our work we have secured an extended Contract with Supermarket Chain for the Client. We have given them scope to plan further expansion and growth, taking on new Engineers and covering a wider geographical area. They continue to engage with our Search Service on a monthly basis and have done so for the last 9 months.
