Problems Faced by Client – Why did they need our help?
Having already won work with two large local hospitals, it was felt there must be other similar contracts out there. With no internal Business Development resource, finding and completing tenders fell to the Managing Director – who had limited time to do this.

In June 2018, they joined the Search Service, with a small geographical coverage and a very narrow, specific service area – we ensure everything that is relevant is captured and sent to the Client the same day. We have over 2000 sources to provide unrivalled coverage of both the Private and Public Sectors for tender opportunities.

The Company have taken on a Business Development Manager who we now work alongside to support in sourcing tenders and ensuring they are Bid Fit for when the first tender arrives that they wish to bid for.
