A small local cleaning company, founded by a School Cleaner who decided she could set up a business and deliver a better service than others she had worked for.
Problems Faced by Client – Why did they need our help?
The client contacted us as their largest contract was coming up to renewal and they needed to submit a tender response. During the process, the School decided to bring the cleaning in house and therefore didn’t renew the contract. As a result, this Organisation needed to find new work as quickly as possible.
Services Provided – Meeting their needs
They signed up to our daily tender search service and we helped them register for three opportunities. After helping them review the documents and requirements we supported them in completing a tender for one of the opportunities which we felt was a good fit for them.
Outcome of our Work – Improved Win Rate, Gained Accreditation etc
We successfully secured a Sports Club Contract for the client and are waiting to hear the outcome of the tender submitted. The Client has continued to stay on our search service and is looking for similar opportunities to apply for.
