Problems Faced by Client – Why did they need our help?
A well-established family run company, with the Team’s experience and skills in the management of and delivery of contracts. There is no internal resource for the completion of quality elements of the Tenders they complete, only an administration assistant to complete the compliance forms.
Services Provided – Meeting their needs
We have now worked with this Client for over a year completing 6 Bids for a number of different London Boroughs. One of the main challenges faced was time pressure from ongoing projects at the Client. We have to liaise with their Team early or late in the day to gather the information we need. By creating standardised documents such as policies, CVs and Project examples which we can tailor to each response, the process is becoming quicker each time and therefore less interruption and disruption is caused to the Client’s every day working.

As we are learning together the win rate is improving, ensuring the quality score is always high and the competitive edge required for the pricing is met.
