A large city-based Plumbing & Drainage company, offering emergency coverage as well as preventative management and system installations. Focusing on the commercial market they provide consistent high levels of service.
Problems Faced by Client – Why did they need our help?
The client contacted us as they were looking for help on their first tender and did not know where to start.
They had all the information, skills and experience but did not know how to utilise it to formulate responses in answer to the quality questions.
Services Provided – Meeting their needs
We had an initial kick off call with the client to discuss their business and what information we needed from them, the client were able to share with us their existing policies and examples of work – which enabled us to write very strong, well evidenced responses.
The Client were able to focus on sorting out the commercials and just left us to it for the written responses. We sent back first drafts for their review which they were very happy with.
Finally, we supported in uploading all the response to the portal.
Outcome of our Work – Improved Win Rate, Gained Accreditation etc
They won the contract! We were very pleased to receive the following email from them which confirmed although their price wasn’t the lowest, our quality response scored so highly they still won the contract:
