Problems Faced by Client – Why did they need our help?
The client contact us through a local networking group, as they were looking for assistance with a tender they were working on. It was not something that they had done before and they were looking for our expertise to assist them.
Being a small company they also lacked the resource to complete the tender with the required detailed that was needed.

We took the time to review all the documents and send over an information request. We spent time researching the organisation and the end client to ensure we matched up what they could offer with the requirements of the end client.
There was little guidance to the layout of the proposal so we provided the client with a format and design that met the requirements.
