      Client Description:

      A small niche business providing high quality, creative Event and Video production whilst being cost effective. Working with large corporations as well as small businesses they offer an expert team to offer a bespoke and unique service for each of them.

        

      Problems Faced by Client – Why did they need our help?

      Due to the nature of the client’s business, they were travelling to venues across the country whilst trying to find time to search for and complete tenders. We have previously worked with the Client a few years ago and have seen them grow and develop their offering and therefore are a good fit as someone to support them in finding, selecting and completing tenders that fit with the business growth plans.

        

      Services Provided – Meeting their needs

      We provide our full end-to-end service for this client: From our Search Service identifying the opportunities, registering their interest, confirming whether they should bid or no-bid opportunities and then working with their Project Manager and Creative Team to complete the tender documents.

      Our set up includes shared folders, summary of requirements and fixed price support to offer the support and time saving approach needed by the Client’s management.  Our process with them has been captured in a flow diagram with decision gateways and workflows so everyone understand their role in each bid.

       

       Outcome of our Work – Improved Win Rate, Gained Accreditation etc

       Since starting with us in January, our service has found them 40 potential opportunities of which they shortlisted to 4 so far which have proceeded to tender. Therefore only spending time on the opportunities which have been selected due to their fit and likelihood of being successful.
