Buckinghamshire’s Young Business Person of the Year
On Thursday 5th April, we were shortlisted as finalists in the SME Buckinghamshire Business Awards with our friends from Friday Enigma Networking and T King Associates – and between us we came away with an arm full of awards!!
Director of Bid & Tender Support, Katy Berrill (Kennedy) was delighted, overwhelmed and extremely proud to win Young Business Person of the Year for her achievements, not just for her own business but for the support she provides to the local business community.
Our weekly networking Group Friday Enigma walked away with Networking Group of the Year and with 18 members there on the night to support us it was a really special moment to recognise the commitment and success of this unique networking group of professionals who are also very good friends.
Last but by no means least our friends from T King Associates won the Business Innovation category and then were crowned overall winners of the night! John and Trevor King, as well as their dedicated Team have invested so much into the business especially in the last 12 months, it was brilliant to see that recognised with these two prestigious awards.
Business Awards serve several important purposes – to externally recognise the achievements, commitment to excellence and dedication of individuals and organisations but also to promote best practice in industry.
Needless to say the celebrations continued throughout the night on Thursday – and quite rightly so!! It really couldn’t have been a better outcome. If you are thinking about entering for any awards – give it the time it deserves and go for it!
