      One of Europe’s leading providers of recruitment and talent acquisition services in the Life Sciences / Pharma and IT sectors covering permanent as well as contract / freelance positions as well as offering Payroll Process Outsource services to a number of clients. They provide successful and innovative recruitment solutions to clients ranging from start-ups to FTSE 100 companies throughout Europe and the APAC region.

       

      Problems Faced by Client – Why did they need our help?

       

      Operations Director and CEO of the Company were involved in supporting the Business Development and Sales Teams write proposals and organise Company information within a Bid Library.

       

      Lack of time to populate Proposal documents

       

      Increased demand for Industry Award Applications with time consuming processes to enter

       

      Lack of control or centralisation of Bid Library for old Proposals, Content and Supporting documents

       

      Services Provided – Meeting their needs

       

      Our first task was to construct a Bid Library and sort through old Responses and documents to sort into the different areas to make information accessible and user friendly. This Library was a shared resource that could be used by our Writers and the Clients Team

       

      Following on from this we have worked on a variety of proposals for the Client in the last 18 months from simple RFQs to full ITTs, Presentations and Proposals.

       

      Prior to the Company recruiting a full time Marketing Manager we also coordinated and wrote Responses for a number of industry awards; with the client shortlisted on 4 out of 7 submitted Applications.

       

      Outcome of our Work – Improved Win Rate, Gained Accreditation etc

       

      With the resources we have set up we have provided the in house team with the structure to develop proposal response quickly in house.

      Our support for this Client is ongoing and we continue to provide an out-sourced Bid Writing and Bid Review Service to assist the Business Development Team.
