Problems Faced by Client – Why did they need our help?
The day to day work involved in running this organisation left very little time to work on Tender Responses. The Client struggled to coordinate all the information required on some very large Framework Bids and therefore needed an extra pair of hands to work with them on putting together vast quantities of written Quality Responses, Policies and Procedures.

We have now worked with the Client on over 10 Tender Submissions. We have supported on Frameworks, Quality Competitive Tenders, Policy Writing, and local Council Tender opportunities for Domiciliary Care and Live In Care.
Outcome of our Work – Improved Win Rate, Gained Accreditation etc
This Client has now secured places on Local and National Frameworks plus secured contracts with local CCGs in delivering Care Services. We continue to work with them, selecting appropriate Tenders to proceed with.
