Client Description:
Construction and Property Development Company. Construction Services Provider. Working in many different sectors in the South East and West of England and provides a complete one stop shop of construction services.
Problems Faced by Client – Why they needed our help:
This construction company decided to branch out into Property Development and Investments. They required an Investment Proposal they could put in front of high net worth clients to demonstrate the Investment Model and company expertise. As this was a new venture for the company they also required a comprehensive Strategy Review to develop a robust Business Plan to help them with the direction and focus of this new set up.
Services Provided – Meeting their needs:
We carried out all research and preparation of the Investment Proposal for the company, in a format ready to present to potential investors. We then worked with the company to produce a Strategy and Business Plan which they could actually use and reflected where they envisaged the business going. The Business Plan that we produced identifies the key components of the business and its operations.
We have since helped the company with Bid Management, Bid Coordination and Bid Writing Support and are currently reviewing all policies and procedures to ensure these are in line with the business needs moving forwards.
Outcome of our Work – Improved Win Rate, Gained Accreditation etc.
The creation of these documents will help secure Investor Funding for specific Development projects and form Partnerships with Investors to deliver mutually beneficial projects. They have also provided the company with the strategy and focus it needs in order to be successful in identifying and winning suitable work.
We have worked with this Client for nearly 3 years and have won a number of contracts worth £50,000 to £250,000. In addition we have completed Accreditation applications and helped the Company remain Compliant with all its industry requirements.
