One of the UK’s leading providers in independent, objective medical evidence in the UK. This Client have considerable experience in the medicolegal market and provision of the highest quality medical evidence.
Problems Faced by Client
As part of the Annual MedCo Audit a 3 year Business Plan is required to demonstrate the strategy and objectives of the Company.
In addition to this a number of RFP came out around the same time for large Providers in the Market.
There was no appropriate internal resource to address either of these needs.
